“The measure provides predictability and greater competitiveness to all links in the dairy chain and seeks to encourage the development of investments aimed at increasing milk production and improving processes, both at the primary and industrial production levels,” reported the Ministry of Economy.
And he added: “This decision will generate greater insertion of national dairy products in the international market with added value and will increase the income of foreign currency through export. In turn, it has a strong impact on the development of the economies of the regions of the main milk-producing provinces”.
