Installment 2 of this tax, due in April, was updated by 20%, below the accumulated inflation in the corresponding two-month period. However, in line with what was defined for the Automotive and Rural Real Estate taxes with subsequent maturities – which were not readjusted -, the Provincial Government decided not to increase the value of quota 3 of the Urban Real Estate.
“We continue working so that those who have the most contribute according to their real contributory capacity, accompanying the middle and lower sectors that are suffering the impact of the brutal and ruthless adjustment of the national government,” Girard concluded.
Fee two of the Rural Real Estate Tax and the Automobile Tax were not updated in relation to inflation, despite the fact that the Tax Law 2024 established the competence of ARBA to formulate readjustments in property taxes according to the inflationary context.
