The FAS established in the actions of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant (MMK), Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK) and Severstal a violation of antimonopoly legislation. Such conclusions were made on Wednesday, December 29, by the Commission of the Antimonopoly Service on cases against companies, the department said.
