Through the Resolution 32/2024the Bioeconomy Secretariat, headed by Fernando Vilella, repealed several points of “Resolution No. 21/2017” regulated on February 23, 2017 by the then government of Mauricio Macri and later modified by the management of Alberto Fernández.

The measures apply to exporters of grains and derivatives, but also to meat and dairy producers.. For these two items, Resolution 32 contemplates the elimination as a requirement of registrations such as sausage factories, importers and tannery, leather storage, raw milk pool, milk consignee and exporter.
Finally, the chapters referring to the incorporation into the RUCA of the wool, fruit and vegetable, sugar and herbal sectors were completely repealed.
Among the recitals of the norm, the Government highlights the need to “simplify, reorder and lighten the documentary burden”, avoid overlapping regulations and advance the deregulation process in line with the policies promoted by the National Executive Branch.
