For the IT job fair in Cologne, Darya van de Sandt-Nassehi had sweatshirts printed with the bright green lettering: “76 days off – full pay.” On the back was a QR code that was supposed to lead to the ERPvisors applicant website. Van de Sandt-Nassehi is urgently looking for people for his newly founded IT consultancy. After a short time, applicants were lined up around the booth. “At first, people were incredulous,” says the German-Iranian. Even today, almost every applicant asks him in an interview: “What’s the catch?”
