According to what was published in the official text this Tuesday, it is established that the updated amount of the fines is $47,427.78.

It should be remembered that the fines for EA, ART and retirement insurance companies for failure to comply with their obligations are between 20 and 2,000 AMPOs (Mandatory Average Pension Contribution). The AMPO was replaced by the MOPRE (Pension Module) in 1997.
In 2009, the value of MOPRE was established as equivalent to 22% of HMG.
- In 2024, the mobility formula for pension benefits was modified, establishing that they will be updated monthly according to the National Consumer Price Index (CPI) of INDEC.
- ANSES Resolution No. 320/July 24, 2024 set the HMG at $215,580.82.
- The update is effective as of July 1, 2024.
