The total number of real estate sales deeds rose 27.47% in June, compared to the same month in 2023.
The total amount of real estate purchase and sale deeds recorded in June an increase of 27.47% compared to the same month last yearwhile total transactions rose 350.25% to $362.001 billion.

The average amount of the deeds was $85,539,116 (US$90,730 according to the average official exchange rate): grew 253.26% in one year in pesos, and in US currency fell 2.46%.
In June, There were 115 deeds formalized with mortgage. So the increase was 5.5% compared to the same month last year. And in The first 6 months, with 624, coincide with the same records as the first half of last year.
“In the year-on-year measurement, we continue to have a good outlook with a 27% increase. In the inter-monthly measurement, a slight decrease compared to May.. But the data we take into account is that in the measurements the mortgage credit has not yet taken off since it is at the same usual values”said the president Jorge De Bartolo.
He added: “May had indeed given the signal that the market would prepare for a scenario with mortgages, but for the moment it is mostly consultations. We hope that the second half of the year will see the necessary take-off.”
