Details of the collective bargaining agreement
The collective agreement stipulates a progressive increase of 13.5%, divided into several stages.. From June 2024, employees received a first increase of 5%, followed by 4.5% in July. In August, a third increase of 4% will be applied, adjusting the basic salary with attendance to $858,200. This increase was approved by the Ministry of Labor.


In addition, a new meeting will be held in September 2024 to review economic conditions and, if necessary, adjust salaries again.
