As soon as the business lawyer takes office, ÖBAG will also have a new management structure with an “extended board”, as announced yesterday. Hlawati remains sole director under stock corporation law. She gets with Carola choice and Robert Stajic but two executive directors have been put at the side – in fact, a board of three is created.

Represented on supervisory boards
Stajic and Wahl are to represent ÖBAG on the supervisory boards of the listed investment companies and protect the interests of the owners there. They should also accompany the company through ongoing transformation processes. Within ÖBAG, all important cross-portfolio decisions are to be made after submission to the new committee.

From a legal point of view, Wahl and Stajic are authorized signatories at ÖBAG. The legally and legally stipulated ultimate responsibility remains with Edith Hlawati.
Wahl has experience in the telecommunications industry (Deutsche Telekom) and in the insurance industry (AXA Switzerland). Stajic started at the management consultant McKinsey, then worked for OMV and most recently at Semperit.
