August was a very well-received month for the more than 9 million users who have a DNI Account, as there were increases in the reimbursement limits and new benefits.
For the last days of the month, the community will be able to enjoy a 20% discount that applies from Monday to Friday for local businesses, and seniors over 60 years of age will have a 30% discount in those same businesses. They also have the option of accessing a 40% discount on fairs, markets and events during all the days remaining in the month.

All Cuenta DNI discounts in August 2024
- Butchers, farms and fishmongers: 35% discount on Saturdays in participating stores, with a new weekly limit of $6,000 per person, which is reached with $17,150 in consumption.
- Local shops: 20% savings from Monday to Friday, with a new monthly limit of $6,000 per person. This limit can be reached with $30,000 in purchases.
- People over 60 years old: 30% savings, Monday through Friday, in local stores affiliated with Cuenta DNI. New monthly limit of $7,000 per person, which is reached with $23,350 in purchases.
- Fairs, markets and events: 40% discount every day, with a weekly limit of $4,000. This limit can be reached with $10,000 in purchases.
- Gastronomy: $20,000. That’s $5,000 in savings per weekend.
- Pet Shops and Veterinarians: $20,000 savings in August. The new Cuenta DNI promotion offers $4,000 in weekly cashback. In August, there is the possibility of accumulating 5 weekly caps, since the first week goes from Thursday 1 to Sunday 4.
- Universities: $16,000 savings per month, also starting at $4,000 per week. This benefit is available in stores at more than 10 universities in Buenos Aires province.
