Through the Resolution 274/2024 which was published this Thursday in the Official Gazette, the National Commission for Agricultural Work (CNTA) arranged new increases in the minimum wages that rural workers who perform the following tasks should receive: permanentlyunder the continuous provision regime.
The CNTA specifically established a Schedule of increases from August to Octoberwhich means a cumulative increase of 9.3% compared to the last published minimum wage, which is that of July.
How much will rural workers earn in September?
Thus, salaries from September 1 to September 30, 2024 are as follows:
- LABORER: Basic Salary $ 680,405.07.-
Additional for work in the Patagonian Zone (20% of the Basic Salary) $136,081.01.-
Voluntary Remunerated Additional: $170,101.27.-
- FOREMAN: Basic Salary: $889,760.48.–
Additional for work in the Patagonian Zone (20% of the Basic Salary): $177,952.10.-
Voluntary Remunerated Additional: $222,440.12.-
All workers who, during a period of one month, have no unjustified absences or more than three late arrivals, will receive an attendance bonus equivalent to 5% of the Basic Salary.
