How the case of Loan’s disappearance continues
Antonio Benítez, the minor’s uncle and one of the first detainees in the case, will be questioned by videoconference by Judge Cristina Pozzer Penzo this Wednesday at 9am. Benítez requested to testify again and the authorities hope that he can break the pact of silence that exists between the detainees.
The detainee had already testified before the judge previously. During his first questioning, Benítez said that he went to the orange grove and then arrived Daniel “Fierrito” Ramirez and Monica Millapi with the children, including Loan.
“I don’t know what happened, where he is, or who took him. The way we looked for him, I think they took him.“he said when asked about the child’s whereabouts.

The couple, who live very close to Catalina’s house – Loan’s grandmother – said they saw a man and a woman along with a child of about 4 or 5 years old get into a vehicle on Provincial Route 12. One of the hypotheses that Justice is working on is that this child could be Loan and that would indicate a kidnapping by these unknown persons.
