What documentation must be submitted to process retirement due to advanced age at the IPS?

In order to obtain retirement due to advanced age, it is necessary to present general documentation to the IPS. Among the most important documents are the following:

  • Form 136
  • Photocopy and original ID, front and back of the applicant
  • Proof of CUIL or CUIT
  • Photocopy and original of the last pay stub
  • Four ANSES screens
  • Original service certification showing 36 consecutive months or 60 alternating months of the best position held
  • Administrative act of cessation
  • Power of Attorney/Power of Attorney

Who can apply for retirement due to advanced age?

This pension benefit is intended for people over 65 years of age who have at least 10 years of service to the IPS, but do not have the 30 years required to obtain ordinary retirement. In addition, they must have provided 5 years of service in the 8 years prior to applying for retirement.

They are also allowed to be affiliated to the national pension contributions system (ANSES) although the number of services provided cannot be greater than those contributed to the Social Security Institute of the province of Buenos Aires.
