Some people change jobs faster than the year changes seasons. Where does the trend of job hopping come from? Tormenting dissatisfaction is just one point.
Too much, too boring or just not the right thing – more than seven million people in Germany are so dissatisfied with their work that they have already mentally written their resignation. According to the “Engagement Index” of the Gallup polling institute, almost half of employees (45 percent) want to change jobs. The result of the “Hiring Trends Index” of the recruiting platform Stepstone paints an even bleaker picture. According to the index, 73 percent of those surveyed think about changing jobs at least once a month.
There are enough reasons for this.
