A group of friends from Buenos Aires is designing a first-person horror video game, based on urban legends of Buenos AiresThey recently released the trailer for the first episode, which is about a person who is traveling through the Pirámides station on Line H and gets stranded without power and has to find a way out.
The creators: Jerónimo (programmer), Delfina (game designer) and Kevin (3D artist), were based on the retro style of PlayStation 2 games, in the vein of Resident Evil 4 or Silent Hill 3. This game not only seeks to scarebut also seeks pay tribute to the city’s best-known myths.
What is “Porteñas Fables” about?
Porteñas Fables is a video game based on self-contained episodesindependent of each other, where the player will have to solve puzzles, try to survive and find the way outThese chapters will be larger than those seen in the demo, both in map, duration, mechanics, etc.
Each episode will tell an urban legend from Buenos Aires, focusing on terror.These will not only take place in subway stations, but could also be legends from the countryside, the Recoleta cemetery, etc. The creators are already working on the next episode.
When is “Porteñas Fables” coming out?
