The latest detainees in the case are accused of the crimes of assault and resistance to authority, false testimony aggravated by the purpose in real competition with qualified fraud, violation of evidence and professional secrecy, aggravated concealment and unlawful deprivation of liberty of three of the minors who were with Loan in the orange grove at the time of his disappearance.

The accused were identified as Nicolas Gabriel Soria, alias “El Yanqui”; the lawyer Elizabeth Cutaia and her partner, Pablo Javier Noguera; the lawyer Alan Cañete; Pablo Nunez, Veronica Machuca, Valeria Lopez, Leonardo Rubio and Delfina Taborda.
