The protest took place in the context of the stoppage of public works by Javier Milei and the governor of Jujuy, Carlos Sadir.

”We repudiate the repression of the Sadir police against the Uocra workers. They were demonstrating on Route 34 in Ledesma to demand their jobs and the unemployment brought about by Milei’s adjustments and the obedience of the governors. All solidarity!” he wrote.
