Precisely yesterday, the regulatory decree of the labor reform provided for by the Bases Law was published in the Official Gazette. Among other provisions, the possibility of new compensation regimes, the laundering of unregistered employees, the simplification of labor registration and the possibility of the independent worker to have up to 3 workers to carry out a productive enterprise are established.
