What is the ideal profile for the job?
- University degree or higher in related areas.
- Active claims adjuster license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and change focus based on the needs of the day.
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience handling injury claims and at least 1 year handling litigated injury cases is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial auto claims and a proven track record of outstanding performance will be an advantage.
