The situation that tenants are going through is worrying. Although rental prices slowed and stock grew, it is becoming increasingly difficult to make payments.
According to a survey carried out by Grouped Tenants, currently 26.7% of tenants (1 in 4) indicated that they had to move in the last 3 months because they could not afford the rent. Of this universe, 92% have contractual conditions outside the rental law. In the month of June this situation represented 15%.

What percentage of the salary does the rent payment represent?

42.2% of tenants respondents consider that will have difficulty paying rent in the coming months and 46.7% responded that perhaps they have them. Only 12% responded that they will not have difficulties.
64.6% of tenant households surveyed have debts of some kind currently. Among the responses surveyed, 5% of tenants are unemployed. The vast majority (80.3%) claim to be looking for work.
