Reba successfully launched its first ON series and consolidates itself in the financial market

Reba Compañía Financiera SA, of the Transatlántica Group, This Thursday it made its debut in the capital market with the launch of its first series of Negotiable Obligations, together with TSA Bursátil in its capacity as underwriter. This event exceeded expectations, achieving an excess demand that reached approximately $1,450,000,000, with the objective of obtaining financing in the capital market.

In this sense, issued a total of $2,000,000,000, receiving 53 orders that totaled $3,450,419,315. This great interest from investors reflects confidence in Reba and its proposal.

The Series I Negotiable Obligation stands out because it offers a competitive yield with quarterly interest payments and the return of capital at maturity, scheduled for June 30, 2025. The issuance and liquidation will take place on September 30, marking the beginning of a new era for the company.
