On October 18 at 8 p.m., the Usina del Arte will be the scene of an exclusive concert in tribute to the world soccer star, Lionel Messi.
On this occasion, the World Premier of “Messionic Tuning” will be performed, a work specially composed for orchestra and mixed choir with original music by the talented composer and pianist Ariel Pirotti and texts by the author and musical director Saúl Zaks.
This event marks a cultural milestone by fusing two of the greatest Argentine symbols: soccer and music. The tune promises to be a profound evocation of Messi’s career, reflecting in notes and harmonies the greatness and humility of the captain of the national team.
The concert will feature the participation of prominent musical groups such as Tango XXI Ensemble, under the direction of Mr. Saúl Zaks, the University Vocal Studio of Mendozadirected by Mtro. Guido Vacca and the All Ensemble from La Plata, directed by Mtro. Emiliano Linares. These choirs, recognized both nationally and internationally, will contribute their experience and artistic quality to the performance.
In addition, soloists will join the evening Alejandra Malvino and Ivana Fortunati.
