How to request the exception in PAMI
For PAMI to evaluate the exception request, patients must present a series of documents that support their condition. This procedure can be done in person or virtually.
Gather documentation:
- National Identity Document (DNI).
- PAMI prescription from the doctor or specialist.
- Medication Order Form Via Exception (due to start or renewal).
- Consent form.
- Summary of medical historyif it is not complete on the form.
- Studies that justify the request.
- Virtual: Upload all documentation to the PAMI website.
- In person: Request an appointment for care at a PAMI agency and bring all the documentation.
