“By virtue of the status of this case, I come to request the summons as a witness of Ms. Ana Carolina Ardohain, in order for her to provide testimony on relevant facts for the clarification of the financial activities of Mr. Edgar Adhemar Bacchiani and his spouse, Roberto García Moritán”, the summons begins.
The writing refers to Bacchiani, the owner of the financial company Adhemar Capital, who will go to trial for having planned a pyramid scheme in cryptocurrencies. The link through which Ardohain is involved is García Moritán, who ignored the organization and it was later revealed that he had received bribes from it.
