While no joint interview between the brothers has yet been confirmed (and it now seems increasingly likely that none are expected in the near future), both have spoken openly about their relationship in separate public appearances.
Liam, for example, has frequently opened up to his fans on social media and shed light on his relationship with his brother.
After taking a brief break from X around the time of the comeback announcement, Liam has been quite vocal on the platform and responded to a fan last month who asked if I was going to stop “tweeting shit about Noel”.
“No, everything is done, peace has prevailed, he is the man”Liam responded. “I can’t wait to be on stage with him blowing kisses between each song.”
That prompted another to ask: “Is Noel still a potato?”, in reference to an insult the singer has long used to refer to his brother. “No, it’s not, damn it,” Liam replied. “I am not going to allow a single bad word to be said about that beautiful and talented young man.”
