More and more people seem to be looking for a way to reduce their working hours. Constant pressure, endless meetings – the abundance of tasks leads to chronic stress. Many people want to slow down their lives in order to improve their mental and physical well-being. They want more free time to pursue their interests, spend more time with family or just relax.
On the other hand, there are also people for whom work is not “earning a living”, but also self-realization. They see the increased work hours as an opportunity to improve their skills and pursue passions. Three of these people have their say here.
