The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) has already announced the collection dates for the month of October, along with scheduled increases for retirements, pensions and family allowances, in addition to a bonus of up to $70,000 exclusive to certain holders.

Furthermore, recently modified one of the conditions to maintain a profit and continue collecting it. The Government of Javier Milei confirmed that the holders will not be able to remain outside the country for more than 90 days if they want to continue collecting any benefits. In the event that the benefit has been lost, there is a procedure to recover it.

How to reactivate an ANSES benefit

In the event that the ANSES has suspended a benefit in the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA)the procedure must be carried out by the owner, an attorney-in-fact or a necessary representative (guardian or curator). A series of documents are requested, and in the event that the holder is hospitalized, the survival certificate:

  • ID
  • Salary Claim Form
  • Documentation that justifies activating the suspended benefit (study certificate, cessation)

In the case of carrying out the procedure through a representative, the form “Power of Attorney” to process or general power granted by a notary, only in case it does not appear on the collection receipt.

This procedure can be performed in the ANSES officesdistributed throughout the country and with a prior shift, or on-line following this step by step:

  1. Get your Social Security Code
  2. Enter Virtual Care
  3. With your password, enter Virtual Care and choose the Claim an uncollected benefit option to begin your process.
  4. Start virtual care
