A modern densification project is currently being built in Linz that will create new, subsidized living space. The “In der Neupeint” residential complex includes 21 subsidized rental apartments in two stylish, three-story buildings. With apartment sizes between 56 m² and 80 m², the 2 and 3-room apartments offer enough space for individual lifestyles.

Thanks to well-thought-out architecture and high-quality equipment, such as underfloor heating and individual room ventilation devices with heat recovery, a high level of living comfort is guaranteed. The underground car park and assigned cellar compartments provide additional comfort and storage space. A green roof, a green inner courtyard with play areas and strolling paths create a particularly livable living environment. Green roofs have a positive effect on the microclimate, improve air quality and reduce heat development in summer. The leafy inner courtyard not only offers space for rest and relaxation, but also safe play opportunities for children. The open spaces invite people to meet and increase the quality of life of future residents.

The densification project “In der Neupeint” aims to increase the density of use and create more affordable and high-quality living space. A main advantage of this project – the already existing infrastructure. The residential complex is optimally connected to the public transport network in order to reach Linz city center in an environmentally friendly manner. Furthermore, densification counteracts urban sprawl and thus also land consumption on the outskirts of the city.
