On the other hand, the company obtained an endorsement from Justice to stop the process due to contribution debt. A court accepted a proposal by the official defense with the agreement of the trial prosecutor’s office and decided this month to dismiss the company as a legal entity for lacking any person responsible who could represent it, defend itself against the accusation and, if necessary, comply with an eventual conviction.
OCA is coming off years of poor results in its numbers, which included bankruptcy in 2019, and a series of ownership transfers.
