A year after Matthew Perry’s tragic death, the Friends actor’s home was sold. It was purchased by a real estate developer from Arizona.
The house where Matthew Perry lived and died was sold without first being openly listed on the market. The purchase took place almost a year to the day after the actor’s death. The price is the equivalent of 7.9 million euros.
The house is located on a hill in Pacific Palisades and you can see the ocean from many rooms. The modernly designed house has four bedrooms and 325 square meters of living space. Perry purchased the property in 2020 for $6 million. At that time he downsized, selling a penthouse and a much larger house.
The home on Blue Sail Drive was built in 1965 in a modern ranch style. Perry completely remodeled the house, replacing furniture styles and hardwood floors. According to the Los Angeles Times, the property was sold to Anita Verma-Lallian. The real estate developer from Scottsdale, Arizona wants to use it as a vacation home. It is not known whether Anita Verma-Lallian had a personal relationship with the Friends actor or whether she is a stranger.
Matthew Perry drugged by ketamine
Matthew Perry was found unconscious in his hot tub in October 2023. His death was initially ruled a case of drowning until the autopsy revealed that he had as much ketamine in his blood as is common with general anesthesia. In connection with the ketamine, charges have now been brought against his personal assistant, two doctors and two suspected drug dealers.
