Train app disrupted for hours
There have been problems with the train’s booking app since the morning. It was said that the DB Navigator is not fully available everywhere. Then the error is found.
Due to technical problems, Deutsche Bahn’s booking and information app was temporarily disrupted. The DB Navigator was not fully available to some users for several hours on Monday. As the railway announced, the problem has been resolved since the early evening hours. The news platform “Netzwelt” had previously reported on the restrictions.
The railway did not provide any information about the cause of the disruption, but had previously ruled out a cyber attack. Bookings and travel information on the railway website were not affected by the restrictions.
