The youths find it increasingly difficult to insert themselves into the world of work and be compatible with the expectations of companies, where 9 out of 10 You think you have difficulty getting a job Argentinaaccording to a biennial study conducted by Junior Achievement Americas and ManpowerGroup in Latin America.
The research, which surveyed more than 13 thousand young people and more than 500 companies from 14 countries, focused on revealing and making known employment behavior and its impact, emphasizing the difficulties that arise and the lack of compatibility in the requirements that young people seek, compared to the expectations and needs of companies.
The results reflected that 7 out of 10 young people they consider that the lack of experience is the main obstacle to finding formal employment, secondly, 48% believe that it is the incompatibility of the schedules labor, and finally, 43% attribute it to the shortage of opportunities in areas of interest.

Regarding the main areas of work interestthe young people highlighted: sales and customer service (43%), Marketing and Advertising (18%) and Information Technologies (18%). In turn, Argentine organizations indicated that the areas with the most vacancies are: sales and customer service (14%), finance and real estate (13%) and engineering (11%).
What difficulties do companies observe?
Among the main findings, companies observe problematic for the staff turnoverthe most important causes of job abandonment and difficulties in finding young talent. They pointed out that the lack of experience and of human skillsboth with 20%are the most complicated points when hiring, along with the salary expectations and benefits higher than those offered (18%).
