Meanwhile, in a three-room apartment the cost is $11,364 in CABA and the North, $6,777 in the West and $7,273 in the South. Properties with four rooms or more have a value of $12,678 in CABA, $11,933 in the North and $6,682 in the South, while in the West there is no offer.

Top 5 neighborhoods to rent by area

In CABA, the neighborhoods most chosen to rent are Caballito, Palermo, Recoleta and Villa Urquiza, while in the North the ranking is headed by Olivos, followed by San Miguel, Villa Ballester, Martínez and Muñiz.

In the South, the tenants’ favorite neighborhoods are La Plata, Quilmes, Lanús, Wilde and Canning, while in the West the most chosen is Ramos Mejía, followed by Morón, San Justo, Moreno and Haedo.
