The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) launched the Register of Independent Workers with Collaborators (PADIC), which allows the registration of enterprises that adopt the new unified special regime established by the Bases law.
This employment relationship scheme is based on an autonomous relationship, without dependence between the parties or with the contractors of services or works, allowing “up to three collaborators per venture“. The PADIC will provide detailed information about the ventures and their members, in addition to establishing a mechanism for the sworn declaration that confirms the independent nature of the employment relationship.
This is indicated by the General Resolution 5,599/2024which maintains that independent collaborators may carry out activities simultaneously and maintain employment or service contracts with different contractors at the same time, as published in the Official Gazette.
The text indicates that with this measure, the organization directed by Florencia Misrahi completed “the labor modernization process provided for in the standard approved by Congress and regulated by decree 847/2024″.
Labor reform: how to sign up
Registration must be completed before starting the activity of the collaborators on the ARCA website, using the “Add ventures” option, where the commercial name of the venture, start and end date, address, activity and CUIT of the collaborators must be detailed. collaborators.
After entering the data, both the independent worker and his collaborators will receive a notification at their Electronic Tax Address, and will have 72 hours to confirm or reject their inclusion in the venture.
Both must be registered in the general tax regime and in the social security system as self-employed workers or adhered to the Simplified Regime for Small Taxpayers (Monotributo).
ARCA continues to implement measures to simplify procedures and reduce the administrative burden on taxpayers. The agency is reviewing various recordsvouchers, obligations and previous information regimes that may hinder processes, hinder trade or increase costs, reaffirming its commitment to simplifying procedures and the use of new technologies.
