The communal chief traveled to Spain to present La Matanza at a congress on cities. In addition to polo, he spoke about the education model in the district.
The mayor of La Matanza Fernando Espinoza participated in the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona and invited multinational companies to be part of the new technological hub of the municipality.
During his presentation in Spain, the president of the Argentine Federation of Municipalities (FAM) spoke about the district’s education and innovation model, and presented the new technological scientific pole that is already being built in La Matanza.
The center will be the first in Argentina and in all of Latin America, and will generate more than 10,000 new jobs. The mayor announced that the first stage will be inaugurated in October 2025.
