“We are going to fight so that our colleagues earn 36,000 pesos for 8 hours”he explained. “They say they have joint agreements, which they cannot have because they do not have legal representation, we are going to fight and the recitals will not be held,” adds Tobar in the video.

According to the USPRA delegate, the other security personnel union does not have legal representation “for events in sports stadiums,” and he also denounced that the workers hired for the recitals would charge 26,500 pesos for the 8 hours, which he denounces as “complicity.” , corruption and blackness” from the production company in charge of the recital, “300 Producciones”.

The production of the show guaranteed that SUTCAPRA workers would be responsible for security on the multiple dates of Los Piojos’ return, and it was ensured that “SUTCAPRA is the only union with union status in the field of Admission and Permanence Control”. In this way they came into direct conflict with the Tobar guild.

Who is Miguel Tobar

The union leader has a strong connection with the Estudiantes de La Plata gang, “Los Leales”. For 15 years, together with his brother Iván, he has occupied a place in the core of the group.

Tobar was imprisoned from 2019 to 2023 when he was convicted of the murder of a young man in 2015 and the triple homicide of police officers at the transmission plant in the capital of Buenos Aires.although in this last case it ended up being dismissed.

After leaving confinement, he began his career in unionism, supported by his brother, with strong connections in the UOCRA plantantes.
