The ARCA Biller allows monotributistas to issue receipts from their cell phones or computers quickly and easily.
The Collection Agency (ARCA)which replaces the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP), announced the authorization of the Biller so that all monotributistas can issue electronic receipts directly from their cell phones. The simplified tool seeks to facilitate the billing process for more than 4.5 million taxpayers and will be available for both phones and computers.
The system allows issue receipts in just three stepssave invoice history and share them via messaging or email. According to ARCA, this measure is designed for independent workers and local businesses. General Resolution 5602/2024, published today in the Official Gazette, extended this benefit to all categories of monotributistas, since previously it was only available for social categories and A, B and C.

The former AFIP detailed how to use the Biller from Android cell phones, iPhone or computers. Here the steps:
From Android cell phones
- Enter the billador.afip.gob.ar site using the browser google chrome.
- Click on “Install” to download the app and generate a shortcut on your home screen.
- Access with CUIT and tax keyand enter the data required to issue the receipt.

From iPhone (iOS)
- Open the billador.afip.gob.ar site from the browser Safari.
- Select option “Share” and then choose “Add to home” to install the shortcut.
- Sign in with CUIT and tax keyand complete the necessary details of the receipt.
From a computer (PC)
- Access the billador.afip.gob.ar site using the browser google chrome.
- Click on “Install” to download. The browser will offer the option to create a shortcut on the desktop.
- Sign in with CUIT and tax codeand enter the additional invoice data.
With this system, billing is more agile and accessible for all monotributistas, promoting digitalization in the simplified regime.
