The American franchise presented Javier Mascherano as its new coach on its social networks.
He Inter Miami announced today that it has named the former soccer player Javier Mascherano as their brand new coach, with a contract until the 2027 season.
The man from Santa Fe joins the United States team after a period as coach of the Argentine U-20 and Olympic teams. He will assume coaching responsibilities at Inter Miami once he receives his employment documentation.
“Being able to lead a club like Inter Miami is an honor for me and a privilege that I will try to make the most of. “I was drawn to the undeniable ambition of the organization and the infrastructure it has to support it,” Mascherano said.
“I am looking forward to working with the people of Inter Miami to help the Club achieve new goals and provide fans with more unforgettable moments,” added the former Barcelona player.
