It’s not Hollywood, it’s Wolfsburg. But the villa that is currently being offered on the Immowelt portal is still interesting. Because the “exclusive single-family home”, which is for sale for 1.8 million euros, has a prominent owner. VW board member Thomas Ulbrich is selling his home here, as “Business Insider” reports.
The advertisement with its 22 pictures gives an insight into how a VW top manager lives. It shows a white two-story building, with modern furnishings, surrounded by a green lawn with a garden pond and – of course – plenty of parking space for cars. The property is 1783 square meters. The living space of 375 square meters is divided into eight rooms, two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. There is also a cellar. “The generously built property was built in 2007 and impresses not only with its exclusive location, but also with its first-class equipment,” says the advertisement.
Two garages, a dressing room
The property is located in the Fallersleben district of Wolfsburg, near the Volkswagen factory. The pictures show a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen with a cooking island and a gallery on the upper floor. A spacious dressing room with shoe and wardrobes is also a must. A single garage plus a double garage and additional parking space on the property are appropriate for a car manager. The real estate offer is also causing a stir because top manager Ulbrich was about to leave the group at the end of last year.
