According to Resolution 918/2024, published in the Official Gazette, the beneficiaries of the Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) and the Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM) must comply with the residence rule.

Who can access ANSES pensions
ANSES pensions are intended for different groups of people depending on the type of benefit. The main types of pensions are:
- Contributory pensions
- Non-contributory pensions
- Universal Pension for the Elderly
- Mother of 7 or more children
ANSES pension requirements
Currently, with the purpose of ensuring the legitimacy of the various benefits and assignments provided by ANSES, the Government established as a new requirement the accreditation of residence in the Argentine national territory.

- Universal Pension for the Elderly: $277,679.01.
- Non-Contributory Disability Pension and Old Age Pension: $251,719.13.

- Documents ending in 1: Tuesday, December 10.
- Documents ending in 2 and 3: Wednesday, December 11.
