The state agency indicated that from now on there will be a new condition to be able to collect pension benefits.
The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) announced that some pensioners will stop receiving their payments in December if they do not comply with the new requirement established by the National Government.
According to Resolution 918/2024, published in the Official Gazette, the beneficiaries of the Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) and the Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM) must comply with the residence rule.
In any case, it is also important to emphasize that those who maintain the benefit will have a 2.69% increase decreed by the government of Javier Milei and some sectors considered vulnerable will access the extraordinary bonus of $70,000.

Who can access ANSES pensions
ANSES pensions are intended for different groups of people depending on the type of benefit. The main types of pensions are:
- Contributory pensions
- Non-contributory pensions
- Universal Pension for the Elderly
- Mother of 7 or more children
ANSES pension requirements
Currently, with the purpose of ensuring the legitimacy of the various benefits and assignments provided by ANSES, the Government established as a new requirement the accreditation of residence in the Argentine national territory.
The beneficiaries They will not be able to remain outside Argentine territory for more than 90 consecutive days. This information will be verified through the databases of the pension agency and the records of the National Migration Directorate.
Amount of pensions in December 2024
For the month of December, pensioners will be able to access the following amounts:
- Universal Pension for the Elderly: $277,679.01.
- Non-Contributory Disability Pension and Old Age Pension: $251,719.13.
- Pension Mother of 7 children: $329,598.76.
When do ANSES pensioners collect in December
- Documents ending in 0: Monday, December 9.
- Documents ending in 1: Tuesday, December 10.
- Documents ending in 2 and 3: Wednesday, December 11.
- Documents ending in 4 and 5: Thursday, December 12.
- Documents ending in 6 and 7: Friday, December 13.
- Documents ending in 8 and 9: Monday, December 16.
