Provinces reported inflation of up to 3.6%

During that month, the rise in the Buenos Aires Consumer Price Index (IPCBA) responded fundamentally to the increases in the following divisions: Vhousing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, Transportation, Health, Restaurants and hotels and Food and non-alcoholic beverages, which together impacted 73.5% of the increase in the General Level.
Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels increased 4.2%, and contributed 0.80 pp to the monthly variation of the IPCBA, and impacted the increases in the values of rents and common expenses for housing. To a lesser extent, updates in the prices of home repair services stood out.
For its part, Neuquen reported the largest increase of the month, with 3.6%. In the Patagonian province, the accumulated variation is 132.7%, while the interannual variation was 186.7%.
The Neuquén government reported that The division with the greatest monthly variation was Education (12.3%), with an interannual variation of 282.8 and an incidence of 0.30 pp. For its part, the division that had the greatest contribution to the variation of the general Level was Transportation, with an incidence of 0.56 pp
The category Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, meanwhile, had a monthly variation of 7.6% and an incidence of 0.20 pp. The most relevant increases were in beer, wine and cider.
In parallel, Cordova also showed figures above the national measurement and registered a 3.4% increase. The interannual measurement reaches 165.3% and the accumulated one, 113.6%
Both nationally and in Neuquenthe item that showed the greatest increase was Education, with an inflation of 7.56%; while “Food and beverages” rose 2.20%.
In the opposite sense, Mendoza It exhibited the lowest index, with a growth of 1.9% – even below the national measurement – and marked a historical record.
Along with the national report and the other provinces that measured, In Cuyo land, the greatest increase occurred in education, with an increase of 6.4%. Housing and Basic Services (due to rates and rents), meanwhile, rose 3.5%. In the 11 months of the year, the variation in Mendoza prices already exceeded 102%.
National inflation marked a rise of 2.4% in November
