The former coach of Mouth Diego Martinez will direct for the first time abroad and will arrive in Paraguay to take control of Cerro Porteñoas reported by the club on its social networks.

This was confirmed by the Guaraní team’s journalist Daniel Maciel: “If everything goes as expected, Diego Martínez could be the new coach of Cerro Porteño in the next few hours. Just as we had been announcing that, of all the names that were thrown around before, there was one that was that the Manager and the Football Department like, today I can assure you that it is Professor Martínez.”

Martínez comes from directing Boca, less than three months ago, where he replaced Miguel Almirón and directed 45 official matches with the “Xeneize” shirt, where he obtained 21 victories, 13 draws and 11 losses.

The post was accompanied by a message confirming the news: “Diego Martínez is the new coach of the Ciclón de Barrio Obrero. Welcome to the Most Popular, Profe!”
