Two months after his resignation, Sandra Pettovello he accepted his resignation. Huidobro had been appointed to the position by Decree No. 489/24 on May 24, but submitted his resignation in October.

Through resolution 732/2024, published this Monday in the Official Gazettethe minister of Human Capital confirmed Huidobro’s resignation from his position.
“As of October 21, 2024, the resignation presented by Doctor Martín HUIDOBRO (DNI No. 26,465,896) to the position of Undersecretary of Labor Relations of the SECRETARIAT OF LABOR, EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL SECURITY of the MINISTRY OF HUMAN CAPITALthanking him for the services provided in the performance of his duties,” the document reads.
Lawyer Martín Huidobro had been appointed as Undersecretary of Relations of Job on May 24, 2024, through decree No. 489/24. Months later, on October 18, the official presented his resignation, “it being necessary to proceed with its acceptance,” as detailed by the Government in the resolution.

The measure, made official on December 12, included the intervention of the Permanent Legal Service and the Secretariat of Legal and Administrative Coordination, in accordance with the powers granted by the Ministries Law No. 22,520 and complementary regulations.
