To carry out economic processes or procedures, the ANSES issues the negative certification.
The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) continues with December payments, within the framework of a 2.69% increase due to the mobility formula governed by Decree 274/24. It takes as reference the Consumer Price Index (CPI) two months ago, so October inflation impacts the last month of the year.
Likewise, the pension organization issues a document called Negative Certificationwhich allows people to present their current status in order to carry out economic processes, such as purchasing dollars. This procedure obtained through the ANSES website does not require a seal or signature from an agency agent and is valid for 30 days.

What is ANSES negative certification and what is it for?
The Negative Certification is a receipt issued by ANSES where it is recorded that you do not register:
- Affidavits as a worker under a dependency relationship.
- Affidavits from provinces not adhered to the Argentine Comprehensive Pension System (both for active and passive workers).
- Transfers as self-employed, monotributista and/or personal of private homes.
- Collection of Maternity Allowance for staff in private homes
- Collection of Unemployment Benefit
- Collection of social programs
- Collection of the Universal Child Allowance or Pregnancy Allowance
- Collection of Family Allowances
- Progresar Collection
- Initiation of National Pension Benefit
- Collection of pension benefits in force on the date of the application
- Social work
Additionally, this receipt shows if you are registered as social monotributist.
How to process negative certification
- Enter the ANSES website (anses.gob.ar) and go to the Negative Certification section
- Complete the form with the CUIL number and the period for which the certification is requested
- Alternatively, you can make the query through my ANSES using the CUIL and the Social Security Code
