The norm signed by the head of the organization, Mercedes Marcó del Pont, established that they may extend the benefit of the gradual and temporary reduction of contributions to employers who incorporate personnel in the course of the first semester of 2022.
In this way, those who incorporate personnel between April 1, 2021 and June 30 of this year will be able to avail themselves of the benefits established in decree 191/2021.
For each woman, transvestite, transsexual or transgender contracted, the reduction will be 80% during the first year, 55% during the second and 30% during the third.
Meanwhile, for each male hired, the reduction will be 70% during the first year, 45% during the second and 20% during the third.
Employers who are included in the Public Registry of Employers with Labor Sanctions (Repsal), reincorporate employees who had left in the last 12 months or make personnel substitutions to qualify as beneficiaries will not be able to access the benefits.
In the recitals of decree 191/2021, the implementation of the benefit was based on the fact that the provinces of the Norte Grande region “present significant territorial inequities” that “occur within the framework of a productive structure that is insufficient to offer opportunities for all and all its residents, with gaps in access to formal jobs, inequality gaps between men, women and diversities, and affecting thousands of boys and girls in this area of the country who replicate the inequalities faced by their families.
“This structural weakness is also influenced by its distance from the large consumption centers, which implies higher transportation and logistics costs,” he added, for which “it is necessary to compensate for these disadvantages with measures that reduce production costs in the branches of economic activity producing goods, which are the ones that generate the greatest added value and productive linkage capacity”.
