The closing of 2024 marks compliance with the planned budget and significant progress in sustainability programs. Among the most notable initiatives are the First Registered Employment Programwhich represented more than 30% of the hiring made during the year; he Scholarship Program, that granted 500 grants so that employees and their families can begin or finish their studies; and the ACAP Program, which facilitates the employment approach for 5th year students.

By 2025, the group plans to maintain its expansion plan with strategic investments in provinces such as Neuquén, Salta, Catamarca and San Juan, among others.
