2025 will bring a large number of long weekends, ideal for getaways or moments of family rest.
The 2025 work calendar promises several long breaksproviding opportunities to escape or relax without disrupting the routine too much. With a total of eight long weekendsArgentines will be able to enjoy more free time during the year.
The national government has established various key dates, including non-working days for tourist purposesand national holidays that, in some cases, are moved to Monday. This will allow workers to take advantage of more moments of recreation.
All long weekends in 2025
- From March 1 to 4: 4 days off for Carnival.
- From March 22 to 24: 3 days for the National Day of Remembrance for Truth and Justice.
- From April 17 to 21: 4 days for Easter.
- From May 1 to 4: 4 days for Labor Day and the non-working day for tourist purposes on Friday, May 2.
- From June 20 to 22: 3 days for the Passage to Immortality of General Manuel Belgrano.
- From August 15 to 18: 4 days of rest for the non-working day for tourist purposes on Friday, August 15 and the Passage to the Immortality of General José de San Martín (moved to Monday the 18th).
- From November 20 to 23: 4 days of rest for the non-working day for tourist purposes on Friday the 21st and National Sovereignty Day.
- From December 6 to 8: 3 days of rest for the Day of the Immaculate Conception of Mary (Monday the 8th).
