The Government decreed new guidelines so that the holders of the Single System of Family Allowances (SUAF) belonging to the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) can access the payment of the January 2025 benefit. As a result of this, the income limit to be able to access it.

According to Resolution 1239/2024 signed by the director of ANSES, Mariano de los Heros, published in the Official Gazette, it is stipulated that those families that have a member with a income greater than $1,958,746 will not be able to collect any of the allowances of the organism. Same case for those family groups with a total income of $3,917,492.

Beneficiaries not only run the risk of not receiving their benefit if they receive an income greater than the established limit. Another reason why they could lose payment is if you don’t keep your data up to date. Increasing the income limit reinforces the importance of making sure regularly review your personal and family dataespecially those related to income, in the ANSES system.
However, holders should note that their amounts will be updated each month, depending on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) registered by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) two months before. Although it may seem like a small increase, ANSES guarantees monthly increases thanks to the Mobility Decree.
