There is a record number of sick reports in Germany. Bosses who distrust their employees hire detectives to investigate them. There is a risk of dismissal – and worse.
How did you become a business detective, Mr. Lentz?
First, I did official training. I then worked as a private investigator for a large Frankfurt detective agency for a few years. In 1995 I started my own business. Since then, this company has developed accordingly and is run by me and three other business partners.
