The list for the main draw of the YPF Rosario Challenger, the official event of the ATP international circuit belonging to the Challenger Tour, was announced. The tournament, which will be held for the first time between February 2 and 9, 2025 at the Jockey Club in the city of Rosario, includes as notable names the Argentines Facundo Díaz Acosta, Francisco Comesaña, Camilo Ugo Carabelli and Federico Coria, who They will start within the eight seeds.
The Frenchman Alexandre Müller (58th in the ATP ranking), who opened his ATP record at the beginning of the year with the title in Hong Kong, is the main seed on a list that, in second place, includes Facundo Díaz Acosta (73rd ). The 24-year-old left-hander had a brilliant start last season by winning the Argentina Open with a victory over Chilean Nicolás Jarry in the final. This title catapulted him into the top 50 for the first time in his career (47th). He also reached the quarterfinals at the ATP 500 in Barcelona, made the semifinals at the ATP 250 in Kitzbuhel and surpassed his debut at the US Open.
Francisco Comesaña (85th) will start in fourth place in the pre-qualification. The man from Mar del Plata enjoyed several dazzling performances in 2024 that saw him as a revelation in the Grand Slam tournaments by reaching the third round at Wimbledon, a competition in which he eliminated the Russian Andrey Rublev, world number six, and the US Open. As for the Challenger level, he established himself in the Buenos Aires, São Paulo and Oeiras 3 competitions.
Another important name of the YPF Rosario Challenger will be the local touch: Federico Coria (97th), former world number 49 and finalist of the ATP in Bastad in 2021 and Córdoba in 2023, will start as eighth seed and will seek to obtain the title in front of his people . Camilo Ugo Carabelli (95th), who won three Challenger titles last season, will also be among the seeds by placing in seventh place.

In total, there are seven ATP champions confirmed for the inaugural edition of the YPF Rosario Challenger.
So far, the main draw has the presence of nine Argentines since, in addition to Díaz Acosta, Comesaña, Coria, Ugo Carabelli, Schwartzman and Cerúndolo, they are joined by Thiago Agustín Tirante (115°), Marco Trungelliti (141°) and Román Andrés Burruchaga (152nd).
